ACLS Class is Certified by the American Heart Association

Audience: Medical Providers, RNs, Emergency Services Paramedics, Medical Students, Physician Assistants, Certified Nurse Practitioner.

Definition: Teaches the importance of preventing cardiac arrest, high-performance teams, early and continuous high-quality CPR, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, post-cardiac arrest care, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS).

Prerequisite: Full Day Course - Pre-Course Assessment Score of 70%
Heartcode (Online Course Work and Skills Training) - Online Course Work Completed before Skills Training

Certification Length: Valid for 2 Years

 

Basic Life Support Provider

Basic Life Support Provider is Certified by either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.

Audience: Healthcare Students, Healthcare Professionals/Providers, EMS, Public Safety

Definition:  You Will Become Proficient skills in:  Adult, Child and Infant CPR/AED, Breathing Emergencies, Bag-Valve-Mask and Pocket Mask Techniques, Team and Individual Skills, and choking Emergencies.

Prerequisite: Blended Learning Courses: Blended Learning must be completed before you can take the skills course.

Full Course: No Prerequisite Required - But it is highly recommended to review the online e-book for the course to familiarize yourself with the material.

Exam: A course exam is administered online for blended learning participants and at the end of the class for the full course.

Certification Length: Valid for 2 Years

First Aid CPR AED 

First Aid CPR AED is Certified by either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
